The place
On the sandbar at Médano Amarillo, this camp is base for three seasons: gray whale (January–March), marlin & sardine run (October–December) and humpback whale (December–February).
Safari tents on the dune, hot showers looking out over the mangrove, and a kitchen run by the family that has cared for this site for 30 years: fresh seafood, oysters from the farm next door, ceviche in the dunes.
