Ahimsa House - Sahaja Retreat, Yucatán
Returning to Your Natural State: Yucatan Jungle Camp (Nov. 13–16, 2026)
Return to a natural state
Sahaja is a journey back to the essentials: listening to your body, your breath, and the natural rhythm of life. Over four days, we’ll immerse ourselves in the Yucatan jungle to explore calm, presence, and connection—through practices such as Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Sound Bath, and Dharma—as well as through immersive experiences in nature. I invite you to arrive with an open mind, ready to receive, let go, and return to Mérida with a lighter heart and a more natural state of being.
